The proprietary Washmaster Juice clears the water in seconds. The system design uses the clean water for washing tools and separates mud cleaned from tools for reuse.
Drywall mud settles to the bottom of a cone shaped tank where it can be reclaimed. The Washmaster Juice accelerates the normal settling process from hours to seconds. A fitting at the bottom of the wash tank is used to drain off debris and contaminants or empty the tank. The flexible intake hose is used to suck out the drywall mud for reuse. Tank design improves the reclamation process and provides mud recovery while consuming very little wash water.
The Washmaster has no filters to clog. Only a large mesh screen is used to separate out large chucks to protect the pump. The Washmaster uses no flammable or dangerous chemicals.
A pump system pulls water from the top and supplies cleaner, pressurized water for washing tools. An ideal system far better than washing in a bucket.
The Washmaster is mounted on large no-flat wheels for easy movement.

Cleaning drywall tools on many jobs is a problem for many reasons. Often water is not easily accessible. Often there is no place to dispose of dirty wash water. So, either tools are carried to wash areas or water is carried to and from work sites.

The far left image shows cleanup water typical of what one deals with cleaning tools. The mud and foam in the image are from shaking the bottle but it is similar to what one deals with when cleaning tools. This dirty water will leave a film of drywall mud on tools. The film is hard on tool surfaces and contaminates the bearing surface of moving parts. It shortens tool life.
The near left image shows the same water but with Washmaster Juice added. The bottle was shaken and 60 seconds later the picture was taken. Most of the drywall mud has settled out and could be reclaimed and reused. The foam quickly dissipated. The green color is from the Washmaster Juice®.
Washmaster Juice used in the Mudmaster Washmaster® allows one to reclaim drywall mud. It allows the reuse of the same water, over and over.
